Pediatric medical care goes beyond simply treating illnesses; it plays a crucial role in ensuring that children grow into healthy and productive adults.
The emerging science of newborn brain development has provided us with valuable insights into the critical importance of the first year of life. During this period, the brain exhibits high plasticity, allowing it to adapt and reorganize in response to diverse experiences and stimuli, such as exposure to different food flavors, maintaining a healthy sleep schedule and engaging in play with toys.
Pediatricians play a vital role in offering guidance and support to parents, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to foster a healthy developmental environment for their child’s growing brain.

Consistency is key in our approach—Every time you see one provider, fostering continuity of care and building a personal relationship. Our longer appointment slots are strategically scheduled, ensuring sufficient time for a thorough assessment, addressing concerns, and answering questions. Sick visits are accommodated on the same day or within 24 hours, while well visits are scheduled within 7 days. This clinical setting is designed to promote comprehensive care, contributing to positive health outcomes for children.
Efficient onboarding for new patients is ensured through a seamless transition process. This involves streamlined administrative procedures, clear communication about medical history transfer, and prompt scheduling of initial appointments. Our goal is to make the integration of new patients into our care network as smooth and hassle-free as possible, fostering a positive and welcoming experience from the beginning.
We are conveniently situated in a prominent area of the South Shore, near South Shore Hospital, right on Main Street. Our location offers ample parking and easy access to the office. Additionally, nearly all pediatric supportive services and dental care are readily available in the nearby vicinity, ensuring comprehensive and accessible healthcare for our patients.
We are pleased to inform you that our practice actively participates in most local health insurance plans.
Our vaccine policy follows the schedule outlined by the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) and the AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics).
We do not provide services to patients who opt not to receive vaccinations.
For new patients, our preference is to obtain their records before the child’s examination. However, in specific situations where immediate medical attention is necessary, we may proceed with the examination before the records are available to avoid leaving the child without a doctor. Caregivers are responsible for furnishing us with the necessary medical records.
For patients departing from our practice, caregivers are required to complete an authorization form to facilitate the transfer of records to their new doctor. This form is accessible on our website in the Resources-Forms section. The transfer process will be completed within two weeks from the time we receive the form. Please note that a $20 administrative fee is applicable for this service.
Any appointment not canceled with at least 24-hour notice, whether there is no cancellation call or a complete no-show, will incur a $35 charge. This fee is intended to offset a portion of the overhead expenses associated with operating the office.
Appointment reminders are sent via email and SMS text/voice call. Email reminders are sent 1-week and 36-hours before the scheduled appointment time. SMS texts or voice calls are sent 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
We do not have walk-in times, please call our office 781 355 3012 to schedule an appointment. We usually have same day appointments.
